FSCD তে কিভাবে ফায়ার ড্রিল / ফায়ার ট্রেইনিং এবং ফায়ার রিস্ক এসেসম্যান্টের (সার্ভে ) জন্য আবেদন করতে হয়।
How to apply for Fire Drill, Fire Training and Fire Risk Assessment(Survey) on FSCD
- প্রথমে https://fsc.fireservice.gov.bd/ ওয়েবসাইট এ প্রবেশ করুন এরপর নতুন ব্যবহারকারী হলে সেবার জন্যে নিবন্ধন ফর্ম এ অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করুন।
- এরপর আবেদন ধাপে ফায়ার সেফটি ট্রেনিং, ফায়ার ড্রিল, রিস্ক আসেস্মেন্ট (সার্ভে) হতে আপনার প্রয়োজনীয় আবেদন ফর্ম টি ওপেন করুন।
- আবেদন ফর্মে উল্লেখিত তথ্য প্রদান করুন (অবশ্যই বাংলায়)
- পরবর্তী ধাপে আপনার আবেদন বিল পরিশোধের ঘরে ক্লিক করুন, এরপর পেমেন্ট তথ্য ডাউনলোড করুন এবং উল্লেখিত টাকার সমপরিমান টাকা নিয়ে নিকটস্থ ব্র্যাক বাংকের যেকোনো শাখায় চলে যান, ডিপোজিট স্লিপ তে উল্লেখিত ট্রানজেকশন আইডি এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট নাম্বার উল্লেখ করে টাকা জমা দিন।
(ফায়ার ট্রেইনিং বাবদ 15038 টাকা এবং ফায়ার ড্রিল বাবদ 6038 টাকা ফি হিসেবে জমা করতে হবে।)
- এরপর https://fsc.fireservice.gov.bd/ ওয়েবসাইট এ এসে উপরে আপনার নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল আইডি এবং পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে লগইন করুন তারপর জমাকৃত আবেদন সমূহ তে ক্লিক করুন আবার বিল পরিশোধে করুন এরপর নির্ধারিত ফর্মে আপনার লেনদেনের তথ্য নিশ্চিত করুন ব্যাংক সিল সম্বলিত ডিপোজিট স্লিপ এর ছবি আপলোড করুন।
- এরপর ডিপোজিট স্লিপের তথ্য যাচাইয়ের পর আপনার আবেদন টি গ্রহণ করা হবে এবং আবেদন এর তথ্য আপনার ইমেইলে স্বয়ংক্রিয় ভাবে চলে যাবে।
বি.দ্রঃ
১। অনলাইনে আবেদনের পর ফায়ার সার্ভিস দপ্তরে আসার অথবা কাগজে আবেদন উপস্থাপনের কোন প্রয়োজন নেই।
২। ট্রেনিং শেষে পরবর্তীতে আপনার সার্টিফিকেট অনলাইনে সংগ্রহ এবং ভেরিফিকেশন করতে পারবেন।
৩। একটি একাউন্ট থেকে একাধিকবার আবেদন করা যাবে।
৪। S.M.S এর মাধ্যমে বার্তা প্রদান চালু করা হবে।
৫। একটি মোবাইল নাম্বার এবং ইমেইল আইডির বিপরীতে শুধুমাত্র একটি একাউন্ট যাবে কিন্তু একাধিক আবেদন করা যাবে।
৬। নতুন তথ্য এবং ব্যবহারবিধি পেতে https://fsc.fireservice.gov.bd/ তে প্রদর্শিত নিয়মাবলী অনুসরণ করুন।
How to apply for Fire Drill, Fire Training and Fire Risk Assessment(Survey) on FSCD (in English)
- 1. First go to https://fsc.fireservice.gov.bd/ then create an account in the service registration form for new users and securely save the login information.
- 2. Then in the application step, open the required application form from Fire Safety Training, Fire Drill, Risk Assessment (Survey).
- 3. Provide the information mentioned in the application form (Bangla)
- 4. The next step is to click on your application bill payment box, then download the payment information and go to any branch of the nearest BRAC Bank with the same amount of money, deposit the money by mentioning the transaction ID and account number mentioned in the deposit slip.
- 5. Then go to https://fsc.fireservice.gov.bd/ and login with your registered email id and password above then click on the submitted applications then pay the bill again then confirm your transaction information in the prescribed form of deposit slip with bank seal Upload pictures.
- 6. After verification of the deposit slip information, your application will be accepted and the application information will be automatically sent to your email.
Note:
1. There is no need to come to the fire service office after applying online or submit the application on paper.
2. You will be able to collect and verify your certificate online at the end of the training.
3. You can apply more than once from one account.
4. Messaging via S.M.S will be started.
5. Unlike a mobile number and email ID, only one account can go but multiple applications can be made.
